The Cinqro Urban filter uses two unique technologies, Hepa-Type™ and DACC™ (based on activated carbon). This means that a single filter contains both filter layers responsible for filtering out particulates and harmful chemicals and gases.

Electrostatically charged fibres and dynamic activated carbon are used to trap contaminants. This filtering system ensures that discomfort is reduced when living in the polluted environment to which the user is exposed in urban and out-of-town spaces. The Hepa-Type fibres capture dirt and dust particles as well as pollen, while the DACC™ layer traps harmful substances, acid gases, oxides, exhaust fumes and other hazardous chemicals.

Filters in this range are able to capture particles smaller than 0.2 microns in diameter (PM 0.2) and are ideal for filtering PM 2.5 and PM 10 pollen particles, as well as harmful chemicals and gases that are the biggest problem in urban environments.

The set includes two filters for Respro® masks. The specifications of the Respro® Cinqro Urban and the previously available Respro®Allergy Chemical&Particle models are the same and can be used interchangeably, just remembering to match the filter size to the mask size.

When purchasing filters, stock up on Respro Sanitisier, which is used to disinfect them.  Its regular use extends the service life.  

Note:In the case of masks with interchangeable filters, the filter itself DOES NOT HAVE A FILTRATION CLASS! Names like "FFP3/N95/N99 filter" are only a "marketing ploy" by vendors and do not guarantee compliance with any standard! Mask protection class (FFP1/FFP2/FFP3) confirmed by certified laboratories based on EN 149:2001+A1:2009 applies only to whole masks and not to replaceable filters.
